Change of mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item and opt for a store credit or a full refund.
We require the item to be unused and in its original packaging. Any items that are not returned to us in the original packaging and/or in original condition will incur an additional handling fee

To return this item, please submit a change of mind return request to our Customer Care Team. Please note that free online return bookings are not available for large items and returning large items will incur a postage fee.

The few exceptions that are not eligible for a change of mind return include:

  • mattresses, bed linen and pillows, for health and hygiene reasons
  • items presenting a *LAST CALL* badge.
Damaged or Faulty

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Zanui as soon as possible for a replacement (if available), store credit or a full refund. Please submit a damage / faulty return request to our Customer Care Team.
