This item is shipped via Australia Post or a similar carrier. Service included:

  • Dispatch notification
  • Online tracking
  • Authority to leave (if selected)
  • Delivery to ground floor entrance

All Zanui orders are delivered during business hours. If you order multiple items from our website, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple carriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.

Christmas returns

All orders placed between the 1st November and the 25th December in a calendar year can be returned up until the 31st January of the following calendar year.

Change of mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item and opt for a store credit or a full refund.
We require the item to be unused and in its original packaging. Any items that are not returned to us in the original packaging and/or in original condition will incur an additional handling fee.

Small items can be returned for free through ParcelPoint Easy Returns or the post office. You may arrange a pick up for your return or drop it off at your local store. Choose among hundreds stores such as pharmacies, convenience stores and newsagents – open weekends and after hours for your convenience. Please go to our FAQs page to check size and weight restrictions.

The few exceptions that are not eligible for a change of mind return include:

  • mattresses, bed linen and pillows, for health and hygiene reasons
  • items presenting a *LAST CALL* badge.


Damaged or Faulty

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Zanui as soon as possible for a replacement (if available), store credit or a full refund. Please submit a damage / faulty return request to our Customer Care Team to assist you with your return.
