Please note that this rug may shed — this is a natural characteristic of wool and jute and will diminish over time with regular vacuuming
Lightly vacuum once or twice a week for general cleaning
Blot spills immediately with a dry, white, clean cloth
Rotate regularly every 3–6 months to ensure all sides receive equal wear
Rug pad recommended to prolong the life of your rug, to avoid sliding, and to protect floors

Christmas returns

All orders placed between the 1st November and the 25th December in a calendar year can be returned up until the 31st January of the following calendar year.

Change of mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item and opt for a store credit or a full refund.
We require the item to be unused and in its original packaging. Any items that are not returned to us in the original packaging and/or in original condition will incur an additional handling fee

To return this item, please submit a change of mind return request to our Customer Care Team. Please note that free online return bookings are not available for large items and returning large items will incur a postage fee.

The few exceptions that are not eligible for a change of mind return include:

  • mattresses, bed linen and pillows, for health and hygiene reasons
  • items presenting a *LAST CALL* badge.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Zanui as soon as possible for a replacement (if available), store credit or a full refund. Please submit a damage / faulty return request to our Customer Care Team.
