All Zanui orders are delivered during business hours. If you order multiple items from our website, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple carriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.
Depending on the size of the items in your order, we utilise the following delivery methods:
Most small or lightweight items are shipped via Australia Post or a similar courier service. Service included:
Medium sized items such as chairs or flat packed furniture that cannot be shipped via Australia Post will be delivered through one of our freight carriers. Service included:

If any box of a dispatch weighs more than 40kg, it is shipped using a premium freight service. Service included:
Services such as delivery to room of choice may not be guaranteed where item cannot safely be brought through doorways or elevators.Virtual goods

Christmas Returns Policy
We've extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2015. Orders placed between 1st November 2015 and 25th December 2015 can be returned up until 31st January 2016.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of having received it and opt for a store credit or a full refund. We will require the item to be unused and in its original packaging.
Small items can be returned for free through ParcelPoint Easy Returns or the post office. ParcelPoint allows you to return your item to hundreds of local stores such as pharmacies, convenience stores and newsagents – open weekends and after hours for your convenience. Please go to our FAQs page to check size and weight restrictions.Large Items
For any large item, please contact our Customer Care Team on 1300 668 317 or email@example.com to assist with organising your return. Please note that free online return bookings are not available for large items and returning large items may incur a postage fee.
Damaged or Faulty Returns
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Zanui as soon as possible for a replacement (if available), store credit or a full refund. Please contact our Customer Care Team on 1300 668 317 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to assist you with your return.
